We have chosen to capture the delivery drivers in their most recognizable position. Just before they ring the doorbell, with a big customer-friendly smile and a crate full of the tastiest groceries. The delivery drivers of Albert Heijn have a love for their customers and love for the groceries they deliver. Whatever situation they end up in, no matter how high the pressure, they continue to perform at the highest level, with only one goal in mind: a satisfied customer. This sounds nice on paper, but do the delivery staff prove this in practice? We tested it. The ingredients? We did what everyone had advised against. December is a busy month in every way. In the media country, too, the crowds are huge.
